Company Shell

Following the request of some leading consumer goods companies, we have created the facility for you to add your own company-specific sections to the scorecard. We call this creating a "company shell".

While the core scorecard is supported and used world-wide by the consumer goods manufacturing and retailing industries, some companies have expressed the need to apply their own scorecard elements and KPIs, which are in addition to the ones in the core Global ECR scorecard.

To avoid having to use this site for the core scorecard and another facility for the company shell, we have built the capability to add your own scorecard elements to this site and therefore to keep all your scorecard information in one place.

The additional scorecard elements will be confidential to your company and will not be visible to anyone else using the site. They will be protected by a security code and password. Benchmarking will therefore not be available on your additional scorecard sections, although you can of course make comparisons between scorecards within your company.

Because this is not part of the basic specification for the global scorecard web site, IBM Business Consulting Services will need to make a charge to make this facility available to your company in order to cover some of their development costs.
