This scorecard has been developed
in response to our industry's requirement for a consistent
way to measure progress in implementing Efficient Consumer
Response (ECR).

working group that represents all major ECR
initiatives around the world
has been developed for trading
partners in the supply chain, but is focused
on Suppliers and Retailers
can be used both for self-assessment
and for evaluating trading partners

13 ECR improvement concepts, which are grouped
into 4 focus areas: Demand Management, Supply
Management, Enablers and Integrators.
