Collaborative Planning
Creating jointly agreed business and operational plans plans, incorporating agreed-to projections for future consumer demand, sales and events and with identified activities and resources required to deliver those plans.
No joint planning. Single company, departmental plans exist.
A limited number of organisation departments or activities exchanging plans between partners. Internally aligned plans exist.
Plans that are exchanged are combined to form a jointly agreed single plan. Occasional joint review of the plan takes place.
